About the Cody's Crew video
Cody's Crew stars Cody the giant excavator and
his Crew of construction vehicle pals. Cody's Crew
- The Big Building is the first production from
Marcus/Wiseman Entertainment Inc. Independently
produced, the computer animated project was
created by first time Director Malcolm Marcus and
his partner and wife Lisa Wiseman, Executive
Producer on the project.

Malcolm also designed all the characters and
worked with Lisa to set up the in-house animation
studio on a shoestring budget.

"It's like Toy Story meets Mighty Machines" says
Malcolm who also designed the characters in
Cody's Crew and worked with Lisa to set up the
in-house animation studio on a shoestring budget.

"When we started, it was just Malcolm playing
with plasticine in the basement" says Lisa. We
didn't have a computer, software or anyone who
knew what do with it if we had."

"We used to play the demo voice tapes people
submitted on our kids FisherPrice tape recorder
after they'd gone to bed" adds Lisa.

The award
The Parents' Choice Awards designation recognizes
products that meet and exceed standards set by
educators, scientists, performing artists, librarians,
parents, and yes, kids. The Parents' Choice Awards
Committees seek out and recommend products
that help kids grow - imaginatively, physically,
