Ordering you copy of Cody's Crew is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
DVD Quantity:
Buy more than one DVD and save on shipping!
Order 1 to 10 DVDs and you pay only one, single unit shipping charge (see below). Maximum of 10 DVDs total per order.
1. Indicate in the white box above how many Cody's Crew DVDs you would like to order, $14.99 Canadian each ($US customers, your Visa card issuer will do the conversion).

2. Select your shipping method below (please scroll down to see the table).

3. Click on the purchase button below the shipping table to go to the secure processing page. Please note, an extra level of security has been added to the credit card processing area. After filling in your billing information and submitting your credit card number and expiry date, the next page will request that you enter the printed numbers on the back of your card and request that you create a password. This is for your protection and is to ensure that the person making the transaction has the actual card in hand, and is not reading the information from an old receipt etc. Please follow the instructions on this page to complete your purchase. If you would like us to ship to an address other than the one on your credit see below.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. US and other orders are converted by your credit card company. Indicate the number of videos you would like to order in the white box. Choose your shipping and click the purchase button.

You will be transferred to the Verisign approved secure servers of InternetSecure. This is where you will fill in your credit card and shipping information. Please fill in all spaces ("company" is optional) or we will be unable to process your order. After placing your order you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation E-mail. If you would like to have us take your credit card information over the phone please call us at our toll free number: 866 888-8689. Please do not send us (or anyone) your credit card information by e-mail.

Paying by cheque:
If you prefer to pay by cheque, call us at our toll-free number: 866 888-8689 or e-mail us with your phone number and we can arrange to send your copy of Cody's Crew - The Big Building at the same time as you send us payment (you do not need to wait until we have received your cheque). Cheques will need to include applicable shipping and taxes, which we can calculate for you.

Delivery and refund policy:
Delivery is by the method you select. We want you to be happy with your Cody's Crew purchase. We will happily exchange it or refund your money within 21 days from date of shipping. Products must be returned in original condition and with original packaging intact along with a sales receipt.

Privacy
As parents we too are concerned about privacy. We encourage you to be involved with your children's use of the internet and E-mail. And, while we're always happy to have repeat guests and new visitors it's a good idea to have balance in your children's activities. If for any reason you choose to contact us you should know that we will not sell, trade or otherwise forward your E-mail address to anyone else.
